Ivar and Mike did a great job making sure I was satisfied with my job from start to finish! Took only a few days to finish everything. He even leveled my old DG that wasn’t looking too good! Will be calling him again for my front yard. Highly highly recommend him and his team!

Due to water restrictions and the ridiculous price of water we made the long overdue decision to install artificial turf. Because we’re on a corner it involved quite a bit of square footage and we new it wouldn’t be inexpensive, but having made the decision to move forward we were more concerned with the quality of the work. We also did a small 200 sq ft area in the back near the pool.

We got several quotes, and to be fair all the people we spoke to seemed very professional and all of the prices were close. However, based on his reviews, his manner, and most of all his seemingly infinite patience with our many questions, we decided to go with Ivar at Preferred Turf.

On Day 1 Ivar’s crew of 10 did all the demolition, removing all the grass. On Day 2 they added the new soil and smoothed it out. And on Day 3 they completed the job. It looks fantastic and we couldn’t be more pleased. Ivar himself was present for nearly all the work, and cheerfully accommodated our last minute requests. Highly recommended.

The entire process was smooth and ultimately very rewarding. What is the saying? You get what you pay for. Mike came over and reviewed the type of grass, misconceptions, measuring, and pricing. After that, we were contacted to set up a date for install. Payment was made with a down payment, middle payment, and final payment so you felt confident in the product completion. A crew of approximately nine employees came and were done with the project in one day. They returned to redo a small area in the front within a week and a half because the foreman was not satisfied and then we had some concerns about a seam we could see. They showed up on time and had the final spot completed in an hour and a half! They cleaned up the entire area upon completion.Communication was excellent. I will recommend this company to family and friends. My yard looks beautiful. I do not think it looks “fake” and the dog with allergies has been having a pretty good time playing ball and rolling around on it. Thank you Ivar and crew!

This company is a real pleasure to deal with. The owner Ivar came out for an estimate and was very patient in answering all of my and my wife’s questions. The estimate was detailed and was exactly as discussed. Today his crew installed the new artificial turf. It looks amazing. I have never seen a harder working bunch of guys. Everyone of his crew members were always in motion doing some aspect of the job. When done, they cleaned up the area better than what it was when they arrived. They are highly recommended.

They came sunday morning to give us a quote and Tuesday night our dream backyard is complete!!! Best prices and nicest guys! Not only did they do our turf but they were kind enough to take all the trash the previous workers left around our yard. They also cleared our walls and the areas we didn’t get turfed. Preferred Turf is a great company to work with. Our design was a bit of a challenge but Ivar was very patient and accommodating to make changes as we went along with the process. Even on second day Luis was willing to please and redo a few areas that we wanted adjusted. Can’t say enough good things about this crew and their professionalism and attention to detail.
